Crust me, I’m delicious!

Our sourdough is baked fresh with a slow-fermented starter, giving each loaf its signature tang, chewy crumb, and golden crust. Whether you enjoy something classic, savory, or sweet we have an option for you.

Every cookie from Say It Ain’t Dough is crafted in small batches, mixed and baked with the kind of care you can taste in every bite. Our menu brings together the comfort of beloved classics and imaginative flavors that change with the seasons. Whether you’re craving something familiar or ready to try something new, our rotating selection is always fresh, thoughtfully developed, and made to bring a little joy to your day.

All of our rolls start with sur soft, fluffy, yeasted dough and proof that good things come to those who rise. Try our classic rolls, swirled with buttery cinnamon-sugar goodness and baked until perfectly golden or try one of our rotational flavors for something a little different. No matter which you choose, they’re guaranteed to roll right into your list of favorites.
